Usage

• Pre Start Check: Verify that the three-phase power supply is stable and that the pressing screw is securely tightened.
• Pre heating: Set the digital controller and allow the machine to heat up for 10–15 minutes to prevent the screw from jamming during the first feed.
• Initial Feeding: Start the motor and feed a small amount of oilseed or oil cake to "prime" the screw and establish a smooth flow.
• Continuous Operation: Fill the large-capacity hopper with cleaned seeds; the machine will automatically pull and crush the material.
• Pressure Adjustment: Use the handwheel at the discharge end to adjust the cake thickness, which directly influences the oil extraction rate.
