8 No. Z+ With Polisher Stone for super polished white rice.
8 No. Gold for heavy duty performance (No Polish) . Its sturdy cast iron body ensures durability and stable operation, making it an ideal choice for small to medium-scale rice mills and commercial agricultural operations seeking reliable performance. With a total packaged weight of 120 kgs (including the wooden box for safe transport), this machine is built for longevity and consistent output.
Features
:- Powerful 15 HP Motor: Equipped with a high-capacity 15 Horsepower motor, this huller delivers exceptional power, enabling high throughput of paddy and efficient separation of husk from rice grains, suitable for continuous commercial operation and handling large volumes.
- Durable Cast Iron Body: The main body is constructed from robust cast iron, providing unparalleled strength, stability, and resistance to wear and tear. This heavy-duty construction ensures a long operational lifespan and minimal vibrations during use.
- High Efficiency De-hulling: The OSTAD No. 8 is engineered for precise and efficient removal of rice husk with minimal breakage of rice grains, maximizing the yield of whole grain rice and reducing wastage, thereby improving the profitability of rice processing.
- Optimal Weight and Stability: Weighing 120 kg (with packaging), the machine's substantial weight contributes to its stability during operation, reducing movement and enhancing safety, while the wooden box packaging ensures secure transportation and delivery.
Applications
:- Small to Medium Scale Rice Mills: Perfectly suited for commercial rice mills with moderate processing capacities, enabling them to efficiently convert raw paddy into de-husked rice for further processing or direct sale.
- Farm-Level Processing: Ideal for large farms or farmer cooperatives that wish to process their own harvested paddy, reducing reliance on external milling services and increasing control over their produce quality.
- Agro-Processing Units: Used in various agro-processing units involved in the initial stages of rice processing before polishing, sorting, or packaging for market distribution.
- Rural Entrepreneurship: Empowers rural entrepreneurs to establish small-scale rice processing businesses, contributing to local economies and providing value-added services to farmers.
- Research & Development: Applicable in agricultural research institutions for studies related to rice processing efficiency, grain quality, and new de-hulling technologies.
Usage
:- Paddy Preparation: Ensure the paddy is cleaned and free from stones, straw, and other foreign materials before feeding to prevent damage to the machine and ensure efficient hulling.
- Power Connection: Connect the 15 HP motor to a stable three-phase electrical power supply, ensuring proper wiring and safety precautions as per electrical standards.
- Feeding Paddy: Carefully feed the cleaned paddy into the hopper of the rice huller at a consistent rate to maintain continuous operation and optimal de-hulling performance.
- Monitoring Output: Continuously monitor the output of de-husked rice and separated husk, making any necessary adjustments to the machine's settings to achieve the desired de-hulling efficiency and grain quality.
- Safety Protocols: Always follow safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring guards are in place, and never operating the machine under the influence of substances.
- Maintenance :
Regular Cleaning: After each use or at the end of the day, thoroughly clean the machine, removing any accumulated husk, dust, or broken rice grains from the interior and exterior to prevent clogging and maintain hygiene.
Lubrication: Periodically lubricate all moving parts, bearings, and pulleys as per the manufacturer's recommendations to reduce friction, prevent wear, and ensure smooth operation.
Roller Inspection & Replacement: Regularly inspect the rubber rollers for wear and tear. Worn-out rollers can lead to inefficient hulling and increased grain breakage, so replace them promptly when necessary.
General Inspection: Conduct a routine inspection of all bolts, nuts, and fastenings to ensure they are tight. Check for any signs of damage or unusual wear, and address any issues immediately to prevent further complications.
