Description
The Wadfow 50L Oil Free Air Compressor with 1.6 HP aluminium wire motor (WAP1A25) is a medium‑capacity, silent-style compressor built for clean, low‑maintenance air supply in workshops, garages, and light industrial environments. It combines a 50 litre tank with an oil‑free pump and a 1.6 HP (about 1200 W) motor to deliver reliable air for a wide range of pneumatic tools.
Features
:- 50 litre horizontal air tank for extended use with fewer restarts.
- 1.6 HP (approx. 1200 W) aluminium wire motor for efficient operation and better heat dissipation.
- Oil‑free pump means no lubrication servicing, cleaner compressed air, and easier maintenance.
- Max working pressure commonly around 8 bar, suitable for most light–medium pneumatic tools.
- No‑load speed in the ~2800–2900 rpm range, giving quick tank fill times.
- Noise level in the “silent” / low‑noise category compared with conventional reciprocating units of similar size.
- Fitted with pressure switch (auto cut‑in / cut‑out), safety valve, dual pressure gauges, regulator, drain valve and rubber wheels with transport handle
Applications
:- Tyre inflation : cars, bikes, scooters, light trucks and small agricultural equipment.
- Workshop and garage : powering brad nailers, staple guns, light impact wrenches (intermittent), ratchets, air blow guns and caulking guns.
- Painting and finishing : feeding small spray guns and HVLP touch‑up guns for furniture, grills, doors, panels and other small–medium surfaces.
- Cleaning : blowing dust from filters, radiators, machine housings, computers (with care) and workbenches.
- Hobby and craft : airbrush work (with suitable pressure reduction), model building, craft assembly.
- General maintenance : pneumatic testing, small pneumatic cylinders, and other intermittent air‑tool use in home or light‑industrial settings.
Usage
:- Place the compressor on a flat, stable surface with adequate ventilation around the motor and pump.
- Check that the drain valve on the bottom of the tank is closed, then plug into a suitable 220–240 V outlet.
- Switch the unit on; allow the tank to pressurise until the pressure switch automatically turns the motor off at the set cut‑out pressure.
- Use the regulator to set outlet pressure according to the connected tool’s requirements, then connect the air hose to the quick‑coupler and attach your tool.
- Observe recommended duty cycle: avoid running the motor continuously for long periods; let it rest so it can cool.
- After use, switch off the compressor, bleed line pressure, and open the tank drain valve to remove condensate water, helping prevent corrosion.
