Description
The Premium Quality MP-ADG14G is a high-performance, compact pneumatic die grinder designed to carry out high-speed precision tasks on metal, wood, and composite plastics. Engineered with a durable metal body housing and a secure ergonomic rubber grip, it reduces hand fatigue while ensuring optimal tool handling during intense operation. Capable of reaching a blistering maximum free speed of 22,000 RPM, this air tool efficiently runs mounted points, carbide rotary burrs, and sanding drums. It features an integrated spindle lock for straightforward accessory changes alongside a highly responsive paddle switch lever that ensures precise user throttle control and improved operational safety.
Features
:- High-Velocity Rotation: Delivers up to 22,000 RPM for fast material removal and smooth finishing.
- Ergonomic Rubber Sleeve Grip: Designed with a vibration-absorbing rubber grip that increases operator control and comfort.
- Paddle Switch Configuration: Utilizes an intuitive paddle lever throttle system to provide variable speed control and instant stop capabilities.
- Integrated Spindle Lock: Facilitates hassle-free, single-wrench accessory changes by locking the rotating assembly securely.
- Durable Construction: Constructed with a rugged, wear-resistant metal chassis built to withstand rough workshop environments.
Applications
:- Weld Dressing: Smoothing out rough weld seams and slag in automotive and steel fabrication workshops.
- Porting and Polishing: Enhancing gas flow passages inside cylinder heads and engine blocks.
- Rust and Paint Removal: Prepping metallic body panels using abrasive wire wheels or blending discs.
- Die and Mold Making: Precision shaping, cleaning, and contouring of metal injection cavities.
- Deburring Work: Blending razor-sharp edges and flash off cast metal components or machined plastics.
Usage
:- Accessory Mount: Always use a compatible 1/4-inch or 6mm shank bit. Fully engage the spindle lock, insert the shaft completely into the collet, and torque tight.
- Air Line Connection: Connect a regulated air line delivering a stable supply (typically 90 PSI / 6.3 bar) into the tool's 1/4" inlet via a quick-disconnect coupler.
- Operation Technique: Hold the grinder securely using both hands on the rubber grip. Depress the safety paddle switch to throttle the velocity, maintaining a continuous, fluid moving gesture across the workpiece.
Maintenance
:- Daily In-Line Oiling: Introduce 2 to 3 drops of specialized pneumatic tool oil directly into the air inlet plug before every work session to lubricate internal rotor blades.
- Moisture Drainage: Ensure the compressor line storage tanks and dedicated inline FRL (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator) units are emptied daily to stop water corrosion inside the internal assembly.
- Collet Inspection: Regularly inspect the 6mm collet teeth for structural wear or internal debris buildup to prevent bit slippage or runtime wobble.
