Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to use) :
- Select the correct input voltage (220V or 380V) and connect the appropriate single or multi-phase industrial plug.
- Securely attach the ground clamp to the workpiece and the electrode holder to the correct terminal.
- Set the high amperage based on the electrode diameter and material thickness.
- Ensure the VRD feature is active for maximum safety before striking the arc.
- Strike the arc quickly; the ARC Force will stabilize the high-amperage arc, and the Anti Stick function will assist if the electrode momentarily touches the surface.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Use a clean, dry air compressor periodically to blow dust from the cooling vents and internal multi-PCBs. Dust is the biggest threat to IGBT components.
- Regularly inspect the power cord and welding cables, especially the connections used for 380V, for any damage or wear.
- Allow the cooling fans to run after the machine is switched off to fully dissipate internal heat from the 300A components.
