Usage
:- Prepare by removing the barrel from the head assembly and pulling the T-handle back until it locks.
- Loading: Fill the barrel with a 14-ounce cartridge or suction bulk grease.
- Reassembly: Securely thread the barrel back onto the head. To activate the spring pressure, release the T-handle lock.
- Air Purging: Pump the lever until air pockets are released and grease flows steadily after slightly loosening the head-to-barrel connection. Tighten the head.
- Fitting Connection: Snap the 4-jaw coupler onto the fitting at a perpendicular angle after cleaning the machine's grease zerk.
- Use complete, steady lever strokes when operating. The 5/16" piston will clear the line with excellent pressure and high resistance.
