Usage

 :
User Instructions :

  1. Select the appropriate radiator cap adaptor
  2. Connect the adaptor to the vehicle’s radiator or expansion tank
  3. Attach the pressure pump and build pressure by pumping manually
  4. Monitor the gauge for pressure drops
  5. Identify leaks visually or through pressure changes
  6. Use the vacuum function to refill the system if applicable
  7. Release pressure via the thumb valve after testing

Maintenance :

  • Clean all parts after use to prevent clogging and corrosion
  • Store the kit in the included blow-molded case
  • Avoid over-pressurizing the system beyond recommended PSI
