The machine operates using an efficient two-chamber pulverizing system, strategically engineered for the progressive size reduction of rice husks. A robust 7.5 HP motor powers the pulverizer, driving its internal components at a high rotational speed of 2880 RPM. This high RPM is crucial for effectively breaking down and pulverizing the fibrous rice husks, even with a smaller motor. Rice husks are initially fed into the first chamber (6" x 8"), where primary grinding takes place. In this stage, high-speed rotating hammers or beaters impact and shatter the larger husk pieces. The partially processed material then moves into the slightly larger second chamber (6" x 12") for finer pulverization. This sequential grinding process is optimized to achieve a uniform and desired particle size for the output powder.
