Plug in and Preheat: Connect the warmer to a power outlet and turn it on. Set the temperature to a suitable level for holding food (e.g., around 150°F / 65°C). Allow it to preheat for about 15-20 minutes.
Load Rotis: Place the freshly cooked rotis onto the three separate grills or shelves inside the warmer. Do not overload them to ensure proper air circulation and even warming.
Close the Door: Close the door or lid of the warmer securely to trap the heat and moisture, which keeps the rotis from drying out and becoming hard.
Serve and Maintain: Rotis can be served directly from the warmer. Periodically check the temperature and adjust if needed to maintain ideal warmth and texture.
