Usage
:- Preparation : Start by washing the leafy vegetables (saag, palak, etc.) thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities. Remove any tough stems if necessary.
- Assembly : Ensure that the saag cutter is properly assembled. Check that the stainless steel blades are securely attached and that all parts are in place.
- Loading Vegetables : Place a handful of the prepared leafy vegetables into the cutting chamber of the saag cutter. Do not overload; it’s better to cut in smaller batches for uniform results.
- Cutting Process : Firmly grip the handle of the saag cutter and press down to activate the blades. Move the handle up and down, to chop the vegetables evenly.
- Checking Consistency : After a few strokes, check the consistency of the cut vegetables. If they are not chopped to your desired size, continue cutting until you achieve the preferred texture.
