Usage
:- Preparation : Place the plastic pouch between the sealing bar of the machine.
- Activation : Press down on the handle to lower the sealing bar onto the plastic. The heating element activates and heats up the sealing bar.
- Sealing : The heat from the sealing bar seal the plastic, causing it to bond together. The duration of the heat application is controlled by the timer or control knob.
- Cooling : After a few seconds, release the handle. The plastic will cool which will create a strong seal.
- Removal : Once cooled, remove the sealed bag from the machine.
Maintenance :
- Replace Element Wires and Teflon Covers : Replace with a new element wire and cover it with a new Teflon strip, in case of any damage.
- Regular Cleaning : Keep the machine clean by wiping down surfaces after use to prevent buildup of debris or residue that could affect performance.
- Store Properly : When not in use, store in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan.
