Description
Avcrete Flow PS is a one-component, pre-blended dry mix mortar comprising cement, graded high-strength aggregates, and performance polymers. It conforms to EN 13813 requirements and is engineered to achieve a polished concrete look without the need for thick concrete slabs.
The finished surface has natural sheen and can be ground, polished, buffed, and sealed using densifiers or sealers to achieve various finish levels.

Usage
:MIXING INSTRUCTIONS :
- Use forced action pan or drum mixer
- For small batches, use paddle mixer (max 900 RPM)
- Always add powder into water
- Mixing ratio: 20 kg powder : 2–2.5 litres potable water
- Flow check: Spread diameter 500–550 mm
APPLICATION METHOD (SITE FRIENDLY) :
1. Prepare concrete substrate (clean, sound, contamination-free)
2. Prime surface using suitable cement-compatible primer
3. Pour Avcrete Flow PS over tack-free primed surface
4. Spread evenly using gauge rake and squeegee
5. Finish with steel smoother
6. Moist cure for 1–2 days
CURING & TRAFFIC READINESS :
- Touch dry: 2–3 hours
- Walkable: After 12 hours
- Ready for full traffic: After 48 hours (normal conditions)
JOINT DETAILS :
- Match base slab control joints
- Maximum recommended panel size: 50 m²
LIMITATIONS :
- Minimum substrate temperature: 5°C
- Avoid application in direct sunlight or strong drying winds
- Not suitable for asphalt substrates
- Movement or cracks in base slab may reflect
- Not recommended for heavy vehicle traffic areas
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE :
- Store in dry, unopened condition
- Storage temperature: 5°C – 40°C
- Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture
