Usage
:- Situate the solid hydraulic cylinder ram on a firm, flat, and unyielding surface directly underneath the load's designated lift point.
- Attach the high-pressure fluid hose securely between the CP-180 manual hand pump and the quick-connect port on the hydraulic ram.
- Tighten the manual pressure release valve on the side of the CP-180 hand pump by turning it clockwise.
- Pump the manual handle smoothly up and down to transfer oil, extending the inner cylinder to lift or push the load up to 50mm.
- Lower the load after work is finished by slowly twisting the pump's release valve counter-clockwise, allowing the fluid to vent back into the 400cc reservoir.
