Usage
:- Step 1: Isolate the vehicle's electrical circuit completely by shutting off the primary circuit breaker or removing the main battery connector.
- Step 2: Slide off the old, damaged handlebar grips and use a mild solvent cleaner to clear any sticky residue or grease from the bare metal steering bars.
- Step 3: Push the matching fixed left-hand rubber grip fully onto the left handlebar until it rests securely against the base plate.
- Step 4: Carefully slide the main right-hand Generic Twist Throttle onto the accelerator side of the handlebar, adjusting its resting angle so the red F/R switch block sits comfortably within thumb reach.
- Step 5: Lock the throttle collar tightly in position by securing the internal clamp hex bolt underneath, checking carefully that the grip springs back smoothly when released.
- Step 6: Guide the multi-wire harness along the steering column, click the male white nylon plug firmly into your vehicle's electronic controller harness, power on the system, and confirm proper acceleration and reverse operations.
