Description
The Toshweld MIG ARC 201 Nano is a lightweight, ultra-compact multi-process inverter welding machine designed specifically for DIY garage workshops, home repair, and light maintenance. This adaptable machine smoothly supports both Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) and Manual Metal Arc (ARC/Stick) modes thanks to its highly efficient IGBT Inverter Topology. It provides up to 200 Amps of steady, spatter-free welding current with a claimed 60% duty cycle using a typical single-phase 230V household input line. Stick welding electrodes up to 2.5mm or flux-cored wire layouts for clean, robust metal fusion may be operated with remarkable ease thanks to its user-friendly layout, which has explicit front tuning knobs for current and arc force changes.
Features
:- Dual MIG & ARC Functional Layout: Integrates conventional stick electrode welding setups and gas/flux-cored wire feeding into a single compact chassis.
- Advanced IGBT Inverter Topology: Maximum arc flexibility, reduced power loss, and consistent puddle flow are guaranteed by high-frequency switching.
- Stepless Arc Force Adjustment: This feature keeps the stick rod from freezing or sticking by balancing dynamic arc characteristics with an independent Arc Force knob.
- Extremely Compact & Portable: Constructed with a sturdy, lightweight frame that weighs just 5 kg and has a sturdy top-mounted handle for simple field transportation.
- Smart Front Status Indicators: Contains a specific thermal Over-Current (O.C.) fault alarm in addition to separate LED monitors for power routes (230V/415V compatibility lines).
- Bright Digital Parameter Meter: For stringent control, this bright three-digit screen instantly monitors output amperage variations.
Applications
:- Custom metal art, steel furniture frames, brackets, and outdoor decorative accents are examples of do-it-yourself and hobby projects.
- Light Residential Maintenance: Fixing damaged sliding track doors, metal entry gates, window bars, and fence lines.
- Automotive Body Patching: Accurate sheet-metal tracking for light trailer repairs, exhaust pipe brackets, and vintage automobile body panels.
- Light-Duty Workshop Fabrication: Quickly assembling minor hardware components, sheet boxes, architectural angles, and mild steel channels.
Usage
:- Attach the main power line to a domestic single-phase 230V AC electrical outlet that is appropriately grounded.
- In order to do normal stick welding, firmly insert your holder and return ground wires into the quick-connect dinse sockets, then securely twist them in a clockwise direction.
- A clean spool of 0.8mm flux-cored wire should be fed smoothly through the internal drive rollers and into the torch line for gasless wire configurations.
- Directly fasten the hefty return earth clamp to a smooth, polished section of the metal sheet that is completely devoid of rust, oil, or thick coatings of paint.
- Turn on the system and adjust the rod/wire gauge arrangement and target plate depth by rotating the principal current dial control.
