Designed for precise metal ripping and fabrication, the Toshweld CUT 40 MOSFET PLASMA is a professional-grade, small inverter air plasma cutting equipment. Compared to mechanical tools, this machine offers a more stable pilot arc and smoother cutting edges thanks to its multi-card MOSFET architecture, which has been demonstrated in the field. It has an adjustable output current range of 15 to 40 Amps and operates on conventional single-phase 230V AC lines with a 6.6kVA input capacity. Stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and copper sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 6.0mm are all cleanly parted by this lightweight 9 kg machine, which has a 60% duty cycle rating.

Usage
:- Attach a clean, moisture-free air compressor system that can sustain 4 to 5 kg of pressure to the rear intake port.
- Connect the ground clamp to the negative (-) output and firmly interface the plasma torch connection lead to the corresponding front gas-electric drain socket.
- Tightly fasten the return grounding clamp directly onto a portion of your intended target metal workpiece that is bare, ground, and free of corrosion.
- To achieve your desired Amps based on sheet thickness, turn on the front power rocker switch and turn the current adjustment knob.
- After an arc break, make sure the torch nozzle gets enough cooling air flow by pressing the 2.5S/5S post-flow switch position.
