Sowmya Liquid (1 Ltr) is an advanced biological nematicide formulated with Paecilomyces lilacinus, a soil-borne parasitic fungus that halts the destructive life cycle of plant-parasitic nematodes. Engineered with a high microbial density of 1×10⁸ CFU/ml Sowmya secretes specialized proteolytic enzymes that break down the protective cuticle and cell walls of nematode eggs, juveniles, and adult females. Capable of destroying up to 90% of unhatched nematode eggs and 75–80% of egg masses in the soil, Sowmya dramatically reduces nematode populations without relying on toxic synthetic chemicals or soil fumigants. It protects root health, prevents root galling, and restores normal water and nutrient uptake. Suitable for vegetable crops, root crops, fruit orchards, plantation crops, and floriculture, Sowmya Liquid is an ideal solution for organic farming and Integrated Nematode Management (INM). SOWMYAA is a Paecilomyces lilacinus-based bio-nematicide that biologically controls plant-parasitic nematodes and protects crops.

Applications

Soil Broadcasting / Media Mixture: Mix 1–2 liters of Sowmya Liquid with 200 kg of moist coir pith, sand, or farmyard manure (FYM); broadcast evenly across the field before irrigation.
Spot / Basal Root Application: Mix 1–2 liters with 200 kg of coir pith or sand and apply approximately 100 g of the mixture per plant around the basal root zone.
Soil Drenching & Foliar Spray: Dilute at 2 ml per liter of water and drench thoroughly around the plant root zone or spray on the soil bed surrounding the base.
Drip Irrigation Application: Apply 1 Liter per acre through drip fertigation systems during moist soil conditions to distribute spores directly into the active rhizosphere.
