A spark plug cap, also known as a suppressor cap or rest cover, is a component of an internal combustion engine that securely connects the high-tension ignition lead to the spark plug. It insulates the electrical connection, prevents current leakage and flashes, and often includes a resistor to suppress noise and improve engine performance.
