Description
The Ajanta 7HP Three Phase Gravy Machine is the undisputed titan of industrial food processing. Engineered for massive-scale operations, this machine is powered by a high-performance, three-phase induction motor that delivers relentless crushing torque and unmatched durability. It is specifically built for food factories, mega-kitchens, and industrial catering hubs that require the pulverization of hundreds of kilograms of wet ingredients—including fibrous ginger, tough garlic, tomatoes, and dense nuts—into a perfectly homogenized, silken paste in record time. Constructed with a reinforced heavy duty SS stainless steel chamber, the Ajanta 7HP model is designed to operate 24/7, providing a smoke-free, highly efficient, and professional solution for the most demanding culinary environments.
Features
:- Ultra-Powerful 7HP Motor: High-torque, heavy-duty induction motor designed for non-stop industrial grinding without loss of RPM or overheating.
- High-Volume Output: Capable of processing significantly larger quantities per hour compared to 1HP models, dramatically reducing prep time for large batches.
- Advanced Cutting Blade System: Hardened, stay sharp stainless steel blades designed to shear through tough fibers and dense nuts like cashews or almonds with ease.
Applications
:- Restaurant Curry Bases: Ideal for preparing bulk quantities of tomato, onion, and cashew-based gravies for North Indian and Mughlai cuisines.
- Ginger Garlic Paste Production: Perfect for high speed pulping of ginger and garlic, a staple requirement in almost all commercial kitchens.
- Fruit & Vegetable Pulping: Efficiently extracts pulp from mangoes, tomatoes, and other soft fruits for juices, jams, or industrial cooking.
