Description
This continuous-band sealer can seal high graded pouches like laminated pouches continuously. The filled high graded pouches are placed on a motorized conveyor belt that automatically moves the bag forward, and the packets or pouches are sealed. It has upto 5 kg of conveyor loading capacity and 0–12 m/min of sealing speed, so it can save labor time and effort. This machine is able to increase packaging against heavy production.

Usage
:- Setup the Machine : Place the horizontal band sealer on a stable surface and ensure it is plugged in and powered on.
- Prepare Bags : Ensure that the high graded pouches are clean and free from any debris.
- Feed Bags into the Sealer : Manually or automatically feed the filled bags into the horizontal band sealer. Ensure they are positioned correctly to avoid misalignment.
- Seal Process : As the bags move through the machine, they will be heated and sealed by the band sealer’s elements.
- Collect Sealed Bags : Once sealed, bags will exit from the other side of the machine.
Maintenance :
- Wipe the surface of the machine with a soft cloth to avoid dust buildup.
- Check the exterior for visible damage and cracks.
- Inspect the sealing jaw for wear and tear, cleaning it with a soft cloth and neutral detergent.
- Ensure that the power switch is functioning properly.
- Perform a test run to confirm normal sealing function.
