Description
  • Stainless Steel 70 Litre Foam Tank is a medium volume foam applicator for projecting foaming chemicals onto any surface up close or at distances up to 10 feet. This unit features an all stainless steel body and enclosure and uses a cost-effective Flo-jet air-operated, double-diaphragm pump to draw ready-to-use chemical from the 70-gallon tank. It injects compressed air into the solution to greatly increase volume and coverage ability and projects rich, clinging foam through the discharge hose, wand, and fan nozzle.

    Operating Procedure :
    • Open the inlet valve, add 70 litres of water, then adding 350 ml /500 ml of foam fluid. (Note: if be used for the first time, it is best to add 600 ml foam liquid).
    • Close the inlet valve and spray valve, and then use the fast joint Connect compressed air. The above work is ready, connected with the compressed air, when the working pressure up to 2Bar, spray valve can be opened Spray washing foam, spray distance can be adjusted by change air pressure.
    • Be filled with 70 liters of water and 500 ml foam liquid every time, it can wash 25-30 cars, every 20 liters of foam fluid can wash 1200 Cars.
