Usage
:
Place and plug in: Position the Melter on a stable, level surface. Plug it into a suitable power outlet.
Add chocolate: Place your pre-melted chocolate or chocolate pieces into the stainless steel pots. Do not overfill. Using two pots allows you to melt different types or quantities of chocolate simultaneously.
Turn on and set temperature: Power on the Melter. Use the digital control panel to set the desired temperature for each pot independently. Refer to the manufacturer's guidelines for recommended temperatures for different types of chocolate.
Monitor melting:The digital display will show the current temperature. Stir the chocolate in each pot occasionally to ensure even melting and prevent burning.
Maintain temperature: Once the chocolate is fully melted and smooth, the Melter will maintain the set temperature.
Use and replenish: Ladle or pour the melted chocolate from either pot as needed for your applications. Replenish with more chocolate as the level gets low, ensuring it's pre-melted or adding small amounts at a time to maintain the temperature.
Turn off and clean: When finished, turn off the Melter and unplug it. Allow the pots to cool completely before removing them and cleaning them with warm, soapy water. Ensure no water enters the digital control panel or electrical components.
