The Inteco TP FT-02 Foam Tank is a professional-grade car washing solution designed for superior cleaning and durability. It works on a low-pressure pneumatic system (1-2 BAR), combining air and shampoo to form a thick, clinging "snow foam" that encapsulates dirt and grime for scratch-free washing. Usage
:- Preparation: Fill the tank with water and foam shampoo in the prescribed ratio. Ensure that the tank is not overfilled.
- Connection: Connect the 1/4" air intake to your air compressor hose and inspect for leaks at the joints.
- Pressure Adjustment: Gradually open the air valve until the internal pressure is 1-2 BAR. Do not exceed the recommended operating pressure.
- Foaming: Aim the spray pistol toward the vehicle and squeeze the trigger. Adjust the air/shampoo mixing valve (if appropriate) to get the right foam thickness.
- After usage, release all internal pressure via the safety valve, drain any residual liquid, and rinse with clean water to prevent chemical accumulation.
