Usage
:- Prepare the Sugarcane: Ensure your sugarcane stalks are clean and cut to a manageable size that fits the machine's feeding slot. It's often recommended to peel the hard outer layer for better results and hygiene.
- Plug In the Machine: Connect the juicer to a suitable power outlet. The machine operates on a single-phase 220V power supply.
- Turn On the Power: Locate the "On/Off" or "Forward" switch on the control panel and press it to start the juicer. The rollers inside will begin to turn.
- Feed the Sugarcane: Carefully insert one end of the prepared sugarcane stalk into the feeding slot. The 3-roller mechanism is designed to automatically pull the cane in.
- Let the Machine Work: Allow the juicer to crush the sugarcane. The machine is designed for a single-crush operation, extracting up to 73% of the juice in one pass.
- Collect the Juice: As the sugarcane is crushed, fresh juice will flow out of the nozzle at the bottom of the machine. Place a glass or container underneath to collect the juice.
- Reverse if Needed: If the sugarcane gets stuck, use the "Reverse" button on the control panel to briefly reverse the direction of the rollers. This will help dislodge the cane so you can re-insert it.
- Discard the Pulp: The crushed, dry sugarcane pulp (bagasse) will be expelled from a separate outlet at the back of the machine. Dispose of this waste properly.
- Turn Off the Machine: Once you have finished juicing, press the "Stop" or "Off" button to turn off the machine.
- Clean the Machine: Cleaning is a crucial step. Open the front segment of the machine by rotating the knob counter-clockwise. You can then pour fresh water through the feeding slot and use a brush to clean the rollers and the interior. The waste particles will exit through the juice outlet. This process ensures the machine remains hygienic and ready for its next use.
