Description
The LuxMed Steam Sterilizer and Autoclave Controller is an advanced, microprocessor-based control system engineered for reliable, automatic operation. It features a high-visibility Functional Numeric Display (FND / LED) providing real-time data for Temperature J and Humidity Safe metrics. Designed with high-impact Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material, this controller accepts a high-precision PT-100 sensor input and utilizes standard ON/OFF and T.P. control types. Highly flexible and user-configurable, it allows manual adjustments for purging range, sterilization time, and post-sterilization drying time. The control assembly includes a built-in low water sensor for system safety, Bowie & Dick equipment controls, an integrated buzzer supporting high/low alarms and process-end notifications, and two pre-configured programs protected by an access key.
