Description
The Polymak Hand Riveter (Model HT-P-HR-10) is a professional-grade sheet metal fastening tool engineered to deliver reliable, high-strength joints across a variety of industrial, automotive, and DIY applications. Built with a rugged, heavy-duty steel body construction, this manual riveting tool is designed to endure high mechanical stress without bending. It features premium jaw sets forged from a high-quality alloy material that grips rivet stems securely to prevent slippage and premature wear.Equipped with an smart spring-loaded handle mechanism, the tool automatically ejects the spent rivet stem after deployment, speeding up repetitive workflows on the job site.
Features
:- Rugged Steel Construction: Fabricated with a high-durability steel body built to handle intense structural compression and prolonged industrial use.
- Premium Alloy Jaws: Outfitted with high-quality alloy material internal jaws that ensure an unyielding grip on mandrels and long-term wear resistance.
- Spring-Loaded Stem Ejection: Incorporates a responsive spring-loaded handle mechanism that ejects the spent rivet stem automatically for faster sequential operations.
- Ergonomic Leverage Handle: Designed with a contoured ergonomic grip handle that dampens feedback, maximizes hand leverage, and lowers operator strain.
Applications
:- Sheet Metal Fabrication: Joining aluminum, steel, or alloy sheets in HVAC ducting, roofing, and flashing profiles.
- Automotive Body Repair: Fastening metal panels, license plate brackets, mudguards, inner fender liners, and trim accents.
- Gutter & Downspout Installation: Securing seamless residential rain gutters and downspout drop outlets tightly together.
- General Mechanical Repair: Assembling metal storage cabinets, machinery guards, toolboxes, and creative metal art projects.
Usage
:- Drill a precise pilot hole through the overlapping target metal sheets using a drill bit sized exactly to your chosen rivet diameter.
- Insert the long, narrow mandrel (stem) of the pop rivet entirely into the head nozzle of the tool.
- Push the thick body portion of the rivet cleanly through the pre-drilled pilot hole until the rivet flange rests completely flush against the sheet metal.
- Firmly squeeze the ergonomic handles together using steady pressure; this action pulls the internal alloy jaws back, expanding the rivet body on the blind side until the mandrel snaps.
- Release your grip completely to allow the integrated spring-loaded handle mechanism to automatically eject the spent stem out of the back of the tool nozzle.
