Usage

Disassembly: Remove the front handlebar cowl, headlight assembly, front wheel, and fork assembly to access the main steering stem.
Old Cone Removal: Carefully punch out the old, worn steering bearing races from the frame head tube and lower fork stem.
Cleaning & Inspection: Thoroughly clean the inner steering head tube and check for dirt, debris, or metal shavings.
Greasing & Press Fit: Apply high-temperature chassis grease generously inside the new bearing races, then press the upper and lower cones evenly into the head tube.
Reassembly & Adjustment: Insert the fork stem through the new cone set, tighten the lock nut to eliminate play while ensuring smooth rotation, and reassemble front panels.
