Description
The Sumake 80/16 Fine Wire Air Stapler is a high-performance, industrial-grade pneumatic tool designed for precision fastening applications. Engineered with an extra-large cylinder, it delivers powerful driving force while maintaining exceptional energy efficiency. Its lightweight, ergonomically balanced body minimizes operator fatigue during extended production runs. Equipped with an easy-load, high-capacity magazine, this stapler minimizes downtime by reducing reload frequencies, making it an ideal choice for high-volume manufacturing environments.
Features
:- High-Power Cylinder: Engineered with an extra-large cylinder design that delivers a more powerful driving force per shot.
- Ergonomic Design: Well-balanced chassis with a comfort-grip, non-slip cushioned handle built for continuous, fatigue-free industrial operation.
- High-Capacity Magazine: Houses up to 160 staples simultaneously, drastically cutting down on frequent reloads.
- Bottom Loading System: Quick-access, easy-load magazine latch allows for rapid, hassle-free fastener replenishment.
- Fine Wire Precision: Specifically optimized for 21-gauge fine wire staples to prevent damage or tearing in delicate materials like fabrics and thin wood veneers.
Applications
:- Upholstery Work: Securing fabrics, leather, and vinyl to furniture frames without tearing the material.
- Cabinet and Furniture Making: Fastening cabinet backs, drawer liners, light wood assemblies, and trim.
- Insulation Installation: Tacking fiberglass insulation, vapor barriers, and house wraps securely to studs.
- Home Construction & Housing: Interior paneling, molding installation, and creative hobby crafts.
- Packaging and Crating: Attaching cardboard, protective foam linings, and fabric coverings to wooden crates.
Usage
:- Connect the tool to a regulated compressed air source operating strictly between 60 and 100 PSI.
- Use a drop-load or bottom-load motion to pull back the magazine latch, insert a strip of compatible 21G 80-series staples, and snap the latch securely shut.
- Hold the stapler firmly against the targeted workpiece so the nose is flush with the surface before pulling the trigger to fire.
- Always wear appropriate safety goggles and ear protection during operation.
- Disconnect the air line immediately whenever the tool is not in active use or during loading procedures.
Maintenance
:- Daily Lubrication: Add 2 to 3 drops of high-grade pneumatic tool oil directly into the air inlet plug before every shift to keep internal seals lubricated.
- Moisture Drainage: Periodically drain accumulated water from your air compressor tank and filters to prevent internal rust or corrosion inside the tool.
- Magazine Cleansing: Use dry compressed air blowbacks regularly to clean the magazine track and remove trapped wood dust or staple residue.
- Tightness Inspections: Inspect the tool weekly to ensure all hex screws and body bolts remain tightly secured under structural vibration.
