Usage
:- Ensure all application surfaces are completely clean, structural sound, and free from any grease, oil, dust, or wet contamination.
- Mix the recommended ratio of the polyester-based mastic paste thoroughly with the provided tube hardener before starting the application.
- Apply the blended paste using a clean spatula or trowel directly onto the stone joint, surface, or crack.
- For vertical surface bonding, apply even pressure to sit the stone firmly, capitalizing on the non-sag behavior of the paste.
- Allow the treated area to cure completely before beginning any mechanical grinding, drilling, milling, or high-gloss polishing processes.
Maintenance
:- Protect the applied mastic mix from extreme freezing temperatures during its initial curing cycle.
- Clean any excess, uncured mastic paste immediately from surrounding stone faces using standard stone-safe cleaning agents.
- Once fully cured and mechanically polished, the product requires standard periodic surface wiping without the need for specialized acid cleaners.
