Usage

1. Set up : Place the grill on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure it’s assembled properly, including the charcoal tray if using charcoal.

2. For Electric Mode :

   • Plug in the electric power cord.
   • Turn on the electric heating element and set the desired temperature.
   • Allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
   • Place your food on the grill and cook as desired.

3. For Charcoal Mode :

   • Open the charcoal compartment and fill it with charcoal.
   • Light the charcoal using matches or a lighter.
   • Wait for the charcoal to ash over (around 15-20 minutes).
   • Place the grill rack over the charcoal and cook your food.

4. Using Skewers : Insert the food onto the skewers and place them on the grill for even cooking.

5. Cleaning : After cooking, allow the grill to cool, then clean the grill plates and other parts with warm soapy water.
