Fill with Oil: Ensure the fryer is unplugged. Fill each tub with cooking oil up to the indicated "min" and "max" fill lines. Do not overfill.
Power On & Set Temperature: Plug the fryer into a suitable power outlet. Use the independent temperature control knobs for each tub to set the desired frying temperature. The indicator light will show when the oil is heating.

Deep Cleaning & Descaling: Periodically perform a deep clean, which may involve removing heating elements and descaling any mineral buildup, especially if using a water-based cleaning cycle. Ensure thorough drying before refilling with oil.
