Usage

 :
  • Setup: Place outdoors, connect to gas, check for leaks.
  • Ignite & Preheat: Turn on gas, ignite burners, preheat for 15-20 mins.
  • Prepare Food: Marinate, skewer items; prepare naan dough.
  • Cook:
    • Skewers: Insert into top, rotate.
    • Naan: Wet one side, slap on hot inner wall, remove when cooked.
  • Monitor: Watch food while cooking.
  • Turn Off: Turn off gas at tandoor and cylinder. Cool completely before handling.
  • Accessories: Use skewers, naan rods/hooks, gloves, tongs, cleaning brush as needed.
