Description
The temperature of this shrink room and the speed of the conveyer are adjustable. Furthermore, the height of shrink tunnel is able to be adjusted according to the size of packing goods. Teflon conveyor has advantage of keeping heat. It is ideal to shrink small and light box with this shrink machine.

Usage

 :
1. Setup the Machine :
  • Place the thermal shrink packaging machine on a stable, flat surface.
  • Ensure that the machine is connected to a power source.
2. Prepare the Product : 
  • Place the product you want to package into a suitable shrink film bag.
  • Make sure the bag is large enough to accommodate the product with some extra space for sealing.
3. Adjust Settings :
  • Turn on the machine and adjust the settings according to the type of shrink film being used.
4. Load Products :
  • Place the prepared product with the shrink film bag onto the machine’s conveyor for sealing.
  • Ensure that products are spaced adequately to allow for proper sealing and shrinking.
5. Start Operation :
  • Activate the machine by pressing the start button.
  • Once sealed, products will move through the heating chamber where hot air will cause the film to shrink tightly around each item.
6. Collect Finished Products : 
  • Once packaged, collect your finished products from the output area of the machine.

Maintenance : 
  • Inspect the machine daily for any signs of wear or damage.
  • Monitor the shrink tunnel temperature to avoid overheating, which can cause burn holes in the film.
