Usage
:- Before turning the machine on, make sure the site infrastructure has a grounded three-phase input socket.
- Tighten the electrode holder and grounding return clamps firmly into the corresponding twist-lock panel sockets in a clockwise direction.
- To choose your desired output amperage based on your plate thickness and welding rod gauge, use the variable current adjustment knob.
- To optimize connection path efficiency, remove any corrosion, paint coats, or scaling from the metal plate at your earthing clamp position.
- Avoid obstructing the inbuilt air cooling channel; if the machine is overheated by continual intense operations, let it idle cleanly for a brief amount of time.
