The Toshweld ARC-630 IJ is a high-end, heavy-duty industrial inverter arc welding equipment that has been painstakingly designed for shipbuilding, infrastructure construction, and continuous, high-capacity manufacturing. This workhorse ensures steady arc supply under extreme heat stress thanks to an excellent, integrated multi-card IGBT-MODULE system. It produces a huge variable current range from 50 to 630 Amps and runs on a sturdy three-phase power supply with a dynamic open-circuit voltage of 85V. This arrangement enables perfect, deep-penetration welds on large metal panels with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to an astounding 60 mm. Despite having a large power capacity, the unit's efficient engineering reduces it to a 44 kg frame that can be easily moved around the shop floor thanks to a heavy-duty wheel caster assembly.

Usage
:- Before hooking up the main power cable terminal block, make sure your shop grid can deliver a steady, balanced three-phase power supply.
- Turn the high-current quick-connect dial plugs clockwise, attaching the earth clamp to the negative (-) socket and the holder to the positive (+) lead.
- Depending on the thickness of your workpiece and the type of rod you choose, you can fine-tune your target amperage and arc force by adjusting the separate dials on the control board.
- Securely fasten the copper grounding clamp to a raw portion of the steel plate that is devoid of any oxidation coatings, priming, or slag.
- When welding, avoid covering the high-velocity ventilation louvers. If the thermal warning signal trips, let the device idle smoothly for a few minutes.
