The Toshweld MZ 1250 Inverter Power Source is a high-capacity heavy-industrial sub-arc (SAW) and carbon-arc air gouging equipment intended for automated vessel fabrication, heavy structural engineering, and demanding shipyard production lines. With an optimized 0.93 power factor and a huge, reliable current range from 112 to 1250 Amps, this heavy welder is powered by an innovative, continuous-duty IGBT Module core network. This standalone powerhouse unit, which runs on a 3-phase 415V AC industrial grid, is the dependable main engine for mechanized overhead gantry beams and automatic welding tractors. It feeds structural sub-arc wires from 3.2mm to 6.0mm for radiograph-quality, clean deep fusion welds on thick steel plates up to 40mm.

Usage
:- Before connecting the mains input cable, confirm that the infrastructure of your production plant offers a grounded, stable three-phase AC 415V primary circuit terminal block.
- Attach your overhead motorized wire feeder assembly or external automated SAW welding tractor to the control interface panel of the machine.
- To ensure that your wire torch and work ground arrangement have the proper polarity, firmly fasten the positive (+) and negative (-) hefty output cable blocks clockwise.
- Directly attach the grounding return clamp to a smooth, polished area of the target metal plate that is freezof any oil, priming layers, corrosion, or mill scale.
- To start the open-circuit voltage screen, flip the heavy-duty industrial molded circuit breaker's front upward.
