:Usage Guidance (How to use) :
- Industrial Power Connection Connect to a dedicated 415V 3-Phase industrial power line with high amperage circuit breakers
- Heavy Electrode Setup Use welding rods sized 4.0mm or 5.0mm for best results on thick plates and ensure the electrode holder is rated for 400A
- Current Optimization Set the amperage dial to the upper range to maintain a stable arc when fusing plates thicker than 20mm
- Safety Requirements Mandatory use of heavy duty leather protective gear and industrial welding helmets due to extreme heat and UV output
Maintenance Guidance :
