Description
Designed for demanding industrial environments and high-performance fabrication workplaces, the Toshweld CUT 70 MOSFET is a professional heavy-duty inverter air plasma cutting machine. This machine creates an incredibly steady cutting arc that can cut conductive metals with no slag and minimal thermal distortion because to an advanced, field-proven multi-card MOSFET inverter architecture. It has an infinitely variable output range of 20 to 70 Amps and runs on an industrial three-phase 415V AC power grid with an optimized 7.8kVA input capacity. This 19 kilogram device, which has a high open-circuit no-load voltage of 240V, cuts through stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and aluminum plates that range in thickness from 0.3mm to an amazing 12.0mm.

Usage
:- Attach a stable compressor line that is adjusted to provide 4–5 kg of dry, clean air pressure to the rear input air terminal.
- Connect the main power lead and multi-pin torch trigger interface to the appropriate front-panel dinse connectors, latching them clockwise.
- On the target metal plate, clip the heavy return earthing clamp onto a place that has been thoroughly ground free of primer layers, rust, and mill scale.
- Turn the current slider to find the right amps that match your plate depth after switching the front MCB breaker up to the "ON" position.
- To extend the life of consumables and reduce slag, pull the torch nozzle smoothly down the cutting path while maintaining a constant standoff distance.
