Usage
:User Instructions :
- Attachment : Ensure the coupling end of the flexible shaft is securely and tightly locked onto the output shaft of your electric concrete vibrator motor unit.
- Operation : Turn the motor ON before immersion. The needle should be inserted vertically into the concrete and held until air bubbles stop rising.
- Shaft Management : During use, avoid bending the flexible shaft sharply or into a tight radius, as this can cause internal damage to the flexible core.
- Extraction : Slowly withdraw the needle to prevent the creation of air voids where the rod was located.
Maintenance :
- Immediate Cleaning : The most crucial step is to clean all concrete residue from the 50mm needle and the casing immediately after use.
