Usage
:
Prepare Batter: Make your unniyappam batter.
Preheat: Place the kadai on the stovetop over medium heat.
Grease Pits: Lightly oil each of the 61 pits.
Pour Batter: Fill each pit about halfway with the batter.
Cook: Let them cook until the edges start to brown and the bottom is set.
Flip: Use a skewer or small spoon to carefully flip each unniyappam.
Cook Other Side: Cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove: Take out the cooked unniyappams.
