Usage

• Level Set up: Position the machine on a level floor and adjust the tiltable work table to support the weight of the bags you are sealing.
• Timer Selection: Calibrate the Delta electronic timer based on the film micron; a lower setting for LDPE and a higher setting for thick laminates.
• Positioning: Using both hands, spread the bag opening flat across the 300mm sealing wire, ensuring there are no folds or debris.
• Pedal Activation: Press the foot pedal down firmly. The indicator lamp will signal that the impulse heating cycle has commenced.
• Quality Check: Inspect the finished seal; if the plastic is charred, reduce the timer immediately to maintain the integrity of the heating wire.
