Usage

• Setup and Power On: Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Adjust the height of the conveyor using the double jack stand to match the height of your pouches. Connect the machine to a suitable power supply and turn it on.

• Adjust Settings: Set the desired sealing temperature based on the material and thickness of your pouches. Adjust the conveyor speed according to your production requirements and the type of material being sealed.

• Load and Guide Pouch: Fill your pouch with the product. Place the open end of the upright pouch onto the conveyor belt, ensuring the sealing area is positioned correctly between the sealing bands.

• Continuous Sealing: The conveyor belt will automatically feed the pouch through the heating and cooling zones, creating a strong, consistent seal. Collect the sealed pouches from the output side of the conveyor.

Maintenance:

• Regular Cleaning: After each shift or significant use, thoroughly clean the sealing bands, conveyor belt, and machine body. Remove any plastic residue, dust, or product spills using a dry, soft cloth.

• Inspect and Replace Consumables: Regularly check the Teflon sealing bands and drive belts for wear, tears, or signs of damage. Replace them as needed to ensure consistent sealing quality and prevent machine downtime.

• Lubrication: Periodically lubricate all moving parts, such as bearings and gears, with appropriate food-grade lubricant if the machine is used for food products, as recommended by the manufacturer.

• Temperature Calibration: Periodically verify the accuracy of the temperature control system to ensure it's providing the correct heat for optimal sealing. Address any discrepancies to prevent poor seals or material damage.
