Description
The 18Tp Vertical 18 Inch Flour Mill. Engineered for continuous commercial crushing, this high-performance atta chakki is driven by a massive 10HP three-phase electric motor sporting 100% copper winding to maintain peak torque and heat resilience at 1440 RPM. Featuring a massive 450 mm (18.5 inch) grinding wheel with a robust 115 mm thickness, it rapidly mills between 140 to 160 kg of grain per hour. The entire heavy-duty machinery is anchored on a rigid vertical chassis equipped with a integrated heavy-duty mobile trolley system, delivering maximum vibration control, floor space optimization, and flawless mobile maneuverability for processing plants and agro-retail stores.
Features
:- Heavy Duty 40mm Solid Drive Shaft: Masterfully engineered to handle extreme rotational stress, guaranteeing zero flex or misalignment during high-output operations.
- Dual Shielded 6200 ZZ Bearings: High-speed, dust-proof precision bearings ensure structural stability, low friction, and significantly prolonged maintenance cycles.
- Thermally Stable 100% Copper Core: Provides lower internal resistance compared to aluminum alternatives, lowering energy expenditure to a steady 7.5 units per hour.
- Vertical Space-Saving Footprint: The smart vertical orientation takes up minimal floor area while utilizing gravity for clean, fast flour discharge.
- Variable Texture Calibration System: Intuitive pressure adjustment wheels allow operators to switch seamlessly between fine baking flour and coarse grains.
Applications
:- Commercial Flour Mills (Atta Chakkis): Serves as a primary, high-revenue workhorse machine for local commercial milling shops and grain suppliers.
- Industrial Bakeries & Confectioneries: Empowers large bakeries to mill fresh, chemical-free grains on-site to maintain strict bread quality control.
- Agricultural Farms & Cooperatives: Allows farmers to process raw harvested grains independently, drastically cutting down third-party packing overheads.
- Spice Processing Factories: Ideal for small to medium enterprise (SME) spice brands requiring an industrial pulverizer that operates without burning delicate volatile oils.
- Bulk Food Catering Units: Perfect for mega-kitchens, institutional mess halls, and temple complexes that prepare fresh meals for thousands daily.
Usage
:Step 1 : Set Up the Atta Chakki
- Location : Place the stone atta chakki in a stable, dry area, preferably away from moisture. The best environment is well-ventilated and clean.
- Inlet Adjustment : Adjust the inlet for the grains to fall into the grinding compartment. Ensure it connects correctly and securely to avoid any spillage.
Step 2 : Select Your Grain
- Choose the type of grain you want to grind. Common choices include whole wheat, rye, corn, or any other grain of your preference. Ensure the grains are clean and free from impurities.
Step 3 : Load the Grain
- Open the inlet and begin pouring in the desired amount of grain. Do not overload the machine, begin with pouring grains into the hopper.
Step 4 : Adjust the Grinding Settings
- Commercial stone atta chakkis come with adjustable settings for coarseness. Depending on your need, set the grinding level to fine or coarse.
Step 5 : Start the Grinding Process
- Switch on the atta chakki in order to start the grinding process.
- Keep an eye on the process; you may need to adjust the grain flow or the grind settings based on the result you observe.
Step 6 : Collect the Flour
- As the grinding process completes, fresh flour will begin to appear from the outlet of the chakki. Collect the flour in a clean, dry container.
Step 7 : Clean and Maintain the Chakki
- After processing, take the time to clean the stones and surrounding area to prevent residue build-up. Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the atta chakki.
