Description
The SBT Instruments Portable Ford Liquid Flow Meter (Model B-6) is a precision viscosity measuring instrument constructed for quick and accurate determination of the flow time and viscosity of paints, inks, varnishes and coatings. This portable Ford cup viscometer operates on the principle of gravity efflux, where a known volume of liquid flows through a calibrated orifice and the flow time is measured to find viscosity. Attached with a heavy cast-iron stand, the instrument enables stability, accurate leveling and repeatable readings.
