Description
The Wadfow 1.5 mm HVLP Air Spray Gun with 600 ml cup capacity (WGA1504) is a gravity‑feed spray gun designed for high‑quality base coat application on automotive panels, furniture, machinery, and other smooth surfaces. Its 1.5 mm nozzle, 600 ml cup, and HVLP performance give good atomization, control, and coverage while reducing overspray and paint wastage.

Usage
:- Connect the spray gun to a clean, dry compressed air supply (regulator set to around 3–4 bar at the gun inlet).
- Thin paint to the proper viscosity recommended for HVLP and strain it, then fill the 600 ml gravity cup.
- Adjust fluid needle, fan pattern, and air flow using the control knobs to match your material and job size.
- Hold the gun about 15–20 cm from the surface and move in smooth, overlapping passes (about 50% overlap) to achieve an even base coat.
- Between coats, keep the nozzle clean; after finishing, empty the cup and flush the gun with appropriate thinner until all passages are clean, then store dry.
