Applications
:
Automotive Repair / Garages : Ideal for removing or tightening large nuts on trucks, wheels, axles, and suspension components.
Industrial Maintenance : Suitable for bolting in heavy machinery, frame assembly, structural steelwork.
Construction : Use in assembling steel structures, scaffolding, or high-torque bolted connections.
Workshops / Fabrication : Useful when dealing with large fasteners that need high torque.
Remote or Field Work : Since it's cordless and comes with powerful batteries, it can be used where compressed air (pneumatic tools) is not feasible.
Usage
:
Maintenance Tips :
Regular Cleaning : After each use, wipe down the impact wrench to remove dust, grit, or metal shavings — especially around the anvil and vents — to prevent wear and overheating.
Battery Care :
Use the correct charger (WFCP518) and follow manufacturer’s charging guidelines.
Avoid fully discharging the batteries to 0% frequently; if storing for a long time, store them at ~40–60% charge.
Store batteries in a cool, dry place to prolong life.
Inspect Sockets : Check the 27 mm and 30 mm sockets for wear or damage. Worn or deformed sockets can cause slipping and damage fasteners or the wrench.
Lubrication : Periodically apply a small amount of light machine oil to moving parts (as per manufacturer manual) — particularly the anvil — to maintain smooth operation.
Fastener Compatibility : Use the right grade and size of bolts/nuts. Over-torqueing weak or undersized fasteners can damage both the fastener and the tool.
Storage : Keep the wrench in its carry case when not in use to protect it from impacts, dust, and moisture.
Safe Operation : Use appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses). Keep hands away from the socket when operating.
Cool Down : After a long or heavy job, allow the tool to rest and cool before subsequent use, especially if it's been under a high load.
