This lightweight and compact unit is designed for portability and user convenience, making it a highly capable tool for both workshop and on-site applications. Equipped with built-in safety features, it supports stable operation when used within its specified standard parameters.
Features
:- Advanced Inverter Technology: Employs premium IGBT and MOSFET inverter components to help ensure a more stable welding arc and highly efficient energy consumption.
- Adjustable Output Current: Features a versatile range from 20A up to 200A, allowing users to fine-tune settings depending on material type and specific project needs.
- Optimized Duty Cycle: Offers a 60% rated duty cycle, enabling consistent, mid-to-heavy-duty operation under standard operating environments.
- Portable and Lightweight: Weighs approximately 5 to 8 kg, providing a highly portable solution that is easy to transport across different job sites.
- Forced Air Cooling: Integrated with an internal forced air cooling system to assist with thermal management and protect internal electronics during prolonged use.
- Insulated and Protected: Built to Insulation Class F and Protection Class IP21S standards to support safe operation against light moisture and common debris.
Applications
:- Light to medium industrial metal fabrication and assembly workshops.
- On-site construction, structural welding, and structural steel installation.
- Automotive repair, chassis maintenance, and agricultural machinery restoration.
- Home DIY, hobbyist metalwork, and general property maintenance.
Usage
:- Ensure the machine is connected to a stable, single-phase AC 220V (±15%) power supply with correct grounding before switching the unit on.
- Select the appropriate welding electrode size (1.6mm to 4.0mm) and adjust the current dial to suit the thickness of the target metal workpieces.
- Wear certified personal protective equipment, including an auto-darkening welding helmet, heat-resistant gloves, and protective clothing prior to initiating an arc.
- Avoid exceeding the specified 60% duty cycle limit during heavy operation to let the internal components cool down appropriately.
Maintenance
:- Keep the welding machine in a clean, dry storage environment when not in use to protect it against moisture ingress.
- Periodically blow out the internal dust and debris accumulation using low-pressure dry compressed air through the ventilation grilles.
- Regularly inspect all electrical cables, electrode holders, and earth clamps for standard wear and tear or loose connections
