Usage
:Fully submerge the pump body completely under the surface fluid before turning on power to ensure necessary thermal cooling.
Verify your local power line parameters match the chosen configuration, noting the single-phase safe operational range of 160–250V.
Ensure that the liquid being processed does not exceed the safe operational temperature limit of 30°C.
Avoid moving, hoisting, or modifying the vertical alignment of the pump unit by pulling its attached 8-meter poweR cord.
Ensure the discharge lines connected to the 50 mm (2-inch) outlet are clear from sharp kinks or structural collapses.
Maintenance
:- Regular Casing Inspection: Routinely check the suction strainer base to manually clear away any compact strings or fibrous build-ups that exceed the 20 mm size limitation.
- Insulation Testing: Check insulation resistances periodically using a standard Megger to confirm that the Class F protective wiring insulation remains intact.
- Cable Assessment: Inspect the approximate 8-meter heavy-sheathed power cable for signs of abrasion, cuts, or weathering that could impact its IP68 seal.
