Usage
:Usage Guidance ( How to use ) :
- Power Connection Ensure the machine is connected to a 415V 3-Phase industrial power supply with proper earthing
- Rod Selection Select the welding rod size (2.0mm to 4.0mm) based on the thickness of the metal plate
- Current Adjustment Rotate the amperage knob to match the rod size, using higher amps for thicker rods and plates
- Safety Always wear a welding helmet, protective gloves, and safety boots before striking an arc
Maintenance Guidance :
- Dust Removal Use dry compressed air to clean dust from the internal vents monthly to prevent overheating
