Description
This wall plastering spray machine uses compressed air to atomize and project thick materials like cement mortar, gypsum, texture coatings, and putty directly onto surfaces. The 4-liter top bucket holds a good quantity of mix, while the stainless-steel body and multiple nozzles allow consistent, heavy-duty use on building sites. Its design helps reduce manual labor compared to hand troweling and improves productivity in plastering and coating work.

Usage
:- Prepare plaster/putty mix to suitable sprayable consistency (not too thick, free of large aggregates).
- Connect the machine to a properly sized air compressor via 3/8 inch air hose and set pressure around 6 bar (as recommended).
- Fill the 4 L bucket with the mixed material and ensure the nozzle outlets are clear.
- Hold the gun 15–30 cm from the wall and open the air/material flow, moving the tool evenly to build a uniform layer.
- After spraying, level or smooth the surface with a trowel if required.
- At the end of work, empty remaining material and thoroughly wash the bucket, nozzles, and passages before the mix hardens.
